Microsoft Office 365 allows users to create, edit and share documents. It is considered an evolution of the original Microsoft Office main series. Office is now in the cloud. Office 365 can be tried for 30 day before you pay. Microsoft lets users purchase four different packages for between EUR7 and EUR10 per month (for personal use only). Office 365 allows users online access to all Office 2023 packages, including Outlook, which can be used as an organizational software to manage email, calendar, address books, and presentations. Office 365 suite apps are updated automatically to the most current version and/or office edition because they are a web-based service. Microsoft Office Online is Microsoft’s online free service to allow users to access Office programs via a web browser.
In Office 365, OneDrive storage space is included with the other applications. OneDrive is Microsoft’s cloud services. Skype gives users access to a certain amount of free call minutes. Office 365 offers offline access and multi-platform support (PC/Mac, iOS, Android and Android).
Office 365 allows for you to use Office suite applications in an offline format. This is done by installing the software locally. It is important to continue to use the software by accessing the online applications at least once per 39 days. This should be done in order to download any updates. After 39 days, the cloud version will lose some of its functionalities while the offline version remains complete with all the functions. However, after the period has expired, your account will be reactivated immediately and all functions are restored to the offline version.

- Product functionality and graphics might differ depending on how your system is configured. Some features may be more difficult or require extra server connectivity.
- Microsoft account and/or organization account are required to license and access services.
- Skype requires a standard laptop camera (or USB 2.0 video camera), a microphone and an audio output device to fully utilize its calling features.
